ARISE FASHION WEEK 2020 '30 Under 30' Collections Highlight

Arise Fashion Week introduced the new stars ’30 Under 30′. This event had a series of activities which took place between 5th-10th December 2020. This Event was to show case talented, young and daring designers across Africa with the goal of reinventing global fashion during a time when covid has changed the normal dynamics of the world.

Prior to the Fashion show there was a pre-event brunch where some of the lagos Top Fashion influencers were present. The likes of Denola grey, The WhiteMelanin, Enioluwa etc. This was presumable for awareness as it would be mostly a virtual event.

30 designers competed for the price of $500,000. The winner @Kennethize went home with $100,000, The first runner up @re.lagos took home $75,000, while the second runner up @mmusomaxwell won $50,000.

However, the main show streamed live for 2 days (11th-12th December 2020) showcasing these 30 designers of which I will be presenting the highlights below.
